Responsibilities:

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality, consistency, and integrity issues.
- Implement and maintain data governance practices ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Document data engineering processes, data flows, and system architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, especially with large-scale data processing and ETL pipelines.
- More than 2 years of team management experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala, and experience with data manipulation frameworks like Apache Spark.
- Experience with SQL and database technologies.
- Familiarity with data integration and workflow management tools such as Apache Airflow.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Work schedule includes 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, with options to work remotely for 30 days a year.
