About
The Database Administrator possesses in-depth knowledge of multiple database technologies, including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL. The role requires expertise in database administration tasks such as performance tuning, security best practices, high availability and disaster recovery, backup and recovery, and user management. Additionally, the position involves designing and implementing secure database configurations and security policies across various database environments.

Responsibilities

• Expert-level understanding of Oracle database administration, including performance tuning, security best practices, and high availability solutions.
• Strong understanding of Exadata architecture and its integration with Oracle database features for optimal performance.
• Develops complex scripts to automate database administration tasks and improve efficiency while monitoring database health and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Adheres to established database administration policies and security standards, and participates in planning and executing database changes in line with change management procedures.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle DBA roles.
• Strong experience in OCI, Exadata, RAC, Data Guard, and GoldenGate.
• Experience in database migration and performance tuning.
