Position

This internship will start on September 1st with a part-time schedule and will last for 12 months. You will become our customers’ trusted technical advisor, developing a deep knowledge of their Oracle systems and needs. Your responsibilities will include supporting the operation of customer platforms onsite and in the cloud, delivering services that drive customer success and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide production operation support for Database and Cloud systems
  • Support the stability, availability, and performance of critical business systems
  • Install, configure, and operate Database, Exadata, and other Oracle Infrastructure Platform products
  • Deliver solution architecture advice, reviews, and conceptual support
  • Analyze product problems to find resolutions
  • Resolve new and complex issues, research technical enquiries, and handle user problems
  • Support software installation, configuration, health checks, and performance assessments
  • Educate customers on product features, issues, evolutions, upgrades, benefits, and patches

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interest in technology, especially AI and cloud computing
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, geographically distributed team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual event platforms such as Zoom
  • Advanced English and Arabic language skills

Work Conditions

  • This is a student/intern position and does not require a security clearance
  • Visa/work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
