Responsibilities:
- Provide production operation support for Database and Cloud systems.
- Support the stability, availability, and performance of critical business systems.
- Install, configure, and operate Database, Exadata, and other Oracle Infrastructure Platform products.
- Deliver solution architecture advice, reviews, and conceptual support.
- Analyze product problems to find resolutions and handle user problems.
- Support software installation, configuration, health checks, and performance assessments.
- Educate customers on product features, issues, evolutions, upgrades, and benefits.
Technologies Used:
- Exadata and Oracle Database Appliance (ODA)
- Oracle DBA and Oracle Secure Backup (OSB)
- OCI, Unix, Linux, Solaris, and ZFS Storage
- Real Application Clusters and Grid Infrastructure
- Enterprise Manager OEM and Grid Control
- Oracle VM, Directory Server, and ASM
- Network switches, protocols, and security
- Load balancer, Java, XML, SQL, shell scripting
Required Skills/Experience:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in technology, especially AI and cloud computing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, geographically distributed team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual event platforms such as Zoom.
- Advanced language skills in English and Arabic.
