Position

This internship offers a unique opportunity to become our customers' trusted technical advisor, developing a deep knowledge of their Oracle systems and needs. You will support the operation of customer platforms both onsite and in the cloud, delivering services that drive customer success and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide production operation support for Database and Cloud systems.
  • Support the stability, availability, and performance of critical business systems.
  • Install, configure, and operate Database, Exadata, and other Oracle Infrastructure Platform products.
  • Deliver solution architecture advice, reviews, and conceptual support.
  • Analyze product problems to find resolutions and handle user problems.
  • Support software installation, configuration, health checks, and performance assessments.
  • Educate customers on product features, issues, evolutions, upgrades, and benefits.

Technologies Used:

  • Exadata and Oracle Database Appliance (ODA)
  • Oracle DBA and Oracle Secure Backup (OSB)
  • OCI, Unix, Linux, Solaris, and ZFS Storage
  • Real Application Clusters and Grid Infrastructure
  • Enterprise Manager OEM and Grid Control
  • Oracle VM, Directory Server, and ASM
  • Network switches, protocols, and security
  • Load balancer, Java, XML, SQL, shell scripting

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in technology, especially AI and cloud computing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, geographically distributed team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual event platforms such as Zoom.
  • Advanced language skills in English and Arabic.
