This internship is aimed at candidates who are currently pursuing or have recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Interns will become trusted technical advisors to customers, developing a deep knowledge of their Oracle systems and needs. Responsibilities include supporting the operation of customer platforms both onsite and in the cloud, providing production operation support for Database and Cloud systems, ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical business systems, installing, configuring, and operating Database, Exadata, and other Oracle Infrastructure Platform products, delivering solution architecture advice and resolving product problems, educating customers on product features, upgrades, and benefits, and analyzing technical inquiries and user problems.

Required Skills/Experience:
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in technology, particularly AI and cloud computing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, geographically distributed team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual event platforms such as Zoom.
