Position

This internship involves working closely with customers to become their trusted technical advisor. Interns will develop a deep understanding of Oracle systems and support the operation of customer platforms both onsite and in the cloud. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing production operation support for Database and Cloud systems.
  • Supporting the stability, availability, and performance of critical business systems.
  • Installing, configuring, and operating Database, Exadata, and other Oracle Infrastructure Platform products.
  • Delivering solution architecture advice, reviews, and conceptual support.
  • Analyzing product problems to find resolutions and resolving new and complex issues.
  • Researching technical inquiries and handling user problems.
  • Supporting software installation, configuration, health checks, and performance assessments.
  • Educating customers on product features, issues, evolutions, upgrades, benefits, and patches.

Location: Saudi Arabia (On-site)
Work Conditions: Part-time, Internship for 12 months, starting September 1st.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in technology, particularly AI and cloud computing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, geographically distributed team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual event platforms such as Zoom.
  • Advanced language skills in English and Arabic.
