This position requires you to work under minimal supervision, managing system-wide and cross-functional teams. You will provide project direction, planning, and implementation of new technology integrations. The projects you handle will be of high complexity, and you will be viewed as a subject matter expert within the organization while acting as a mentor to less senior IT staff.

Responsibilities
- Manage system-wide and cross-functional team dynamics.
- Plan and manage the implementation and integration of new technologies.
- Lead high complexity projects and provide direction for all phases of project lifecycle.
- Serve as a mentor to junior IT staff and share expertise within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A Master's degree is advantageous but not essential.
- Professional certifications are desirable, such as:
- Oracle Database Certification
- Microsoft SQL Server Certification
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PMIS-related certifications
- Typically require 12+ years of experience in database administration, PMIS implementation, or project controls systems.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, rail, transportation, construction, or engineering projects.
