Database Marketing Analyst

This role is based in our the Offices 4, One Central, Dubai World Trade Center Office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing past promotional campaigns to target the most responsive individuals from Informa’s database.
• Utilizing the internal database to identify relevant segments for content and promotional marketing campaigns, ensuring the messaging correlates with audience responsiveness to improve conversion rates.
• Driving database structure and coding to facilitate effective segmentation that mirrors our audience's digital and in-person interactions.
• Developing and maintaining promotion templates to optimize marketing campaign processes.
• Providing leads for the sponsorship team and discovering optimal methods to reach high-quality leads through our internal database and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Supporting telemarketing efforts by prioritizing leads to maximize sales opportunities.
• Managing the database build process to ensure that future marketing campaigns target responsive and relevant prospects.

• An analytical mind with strong numeracy skills.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Technically capable with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with a strong initiative and eagerness to learn.
• A curious nature with a desire to understand data, trends, and performance to enhance future outcomes.
• Prior experience working with databases is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with CET team members, marketing managers, and senior marketing leaders.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
