This position requires an on-call availability to respond to site issues within approximately 60 minutes, necessitating a valid driving license and the ability to work in confined or elevated spaces. The role involves providing direct customer support and working effectively in both remote and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in IT Infrastructure support and server administration, ideally in a mid-sized environment (200 - 1000+ servers)
- Familiarity with data center mechanical and electrical equipment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex customer problems
- Experience in a mission-critical operations environment
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of data center design and airflow management
- Strong skills in rack and stack procedures, as well as structured cabling (fiber & copper)
- Systems administration knowledge (Linux and/or Windows Servers)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP) and hardware concepts (RAID, SAN)
- Experience with core OS services (SSH, Telnet, RDP)

- Proficiency in English is required.
