Role Responsibilities:

IBM DataPower administration including troubleshooting, backup, and recovery
Configure and deploy WSP, MPGW, and XML Firewall services
Perform system backups, firmware upgrades, and proactive monitoring
Provide L2 support for complex integration issues
Implement and manage SSL/TLS security, VPNs, certificates, and cryptographic objects
Analyze logs and metrics to resolve performance issues
Collaborate with development teams on deployments and API governance
Install and maintain DataPower and API Connect in clustered, high-availability environments
Document configurations, procedures, and best practices

Candidate Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Proven experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)
Strong background in enterprise integration, security, and middleware architecture
Availability to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
