About the Role
As part of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of financial information and the security of cash handling. Your responsibilities will include checking figures, postings, and associated documents, as well as recording, storing, analyzing financial information, and preparing various reports. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining files in line with confidentiality policies and auditing revenue postings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
  • Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information
  • Control and secure cash and cash equivalents according to policies and procedures
  • Organize, secure, and maintain files and records per document retention and confidentiality policies
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports
  • Audit statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables
  • Audit and reconcile all revenue postings
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager
  • Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Protect company assets and privacy of guests and coworkers
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Thank guests with genuine appreciation
  • Communicate clearly and professionally; prepare and review written documents accurately
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Related Work Experience: No related work experience required
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required
  • License or Certification: None needed
