DBP Account Cloud Engineer

This role involves partnering with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy the company Cloud architectures that address various business challenges. The position is aimed at driving the company Cloud customer consumption and accelerating the adoption of the company cloud services through comprehensive processes, including discovery, design, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with strategic customers to build leadership relationships across all levels to design and implement tailored solutions.
• Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and transform business needs into actionable solutions.
• Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments via coding and scripting.
• Deliver customized presentations and demonstrations to customers, as well as at conferences and events, showcasing deep product/application understanding.
• Support customers throughout the journey from Proof of Concept (POC) to full production deployment, focusing on resource configuration, planning, and education/training.
• Create and distribute various technical assets, such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
• Act as a primary contributor for customers and sales teams regarding technical cloud solutions, driving customer success.
• Identify gaps and propose enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-centric features.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to peers, possessing advanced technical/business skills in complex situations.
• Engage with C-level executives as necessary.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies to maintain expertise.
