Responsibilities
- Drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and align Oracle’s cloud solutions to meet those needs.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Define comprehensive and effective cloud solutions leveraging the Oracle IaaS and PaaS portfolio.
- Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures that articulate business value through vision, capability models, assessments, and technical architecture.
- Orchestrate and lead cross-functional Oracle teams to help customers design, adopt, and govern enterprise cloud architecture and solutions on Database Platforms and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Desired Experience
- Technical fluency combined with strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their applications across business functions and technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience as an Oracle Database Administrator, with expertise in Oracle Database options, MAA, Enterprise Manager, and Oracle Engineered Systems.
- Degree level education in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Oracle database professional certification is a plus.
