DC Sr. Coordinator Data

We’re looking for a DC Sr. Coordinator Data to join the team and focus on growing our own DC “tMart” to manage the full operations and DC Process by implementing our commercial & demand requirements.

Job Description

• Manage all activities related to warehouse operations, such as inbound, outbound, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Oversee and optimize Dark Stores' operations, ensuring that all goods are accurately received, stored, and made available for order fulfillment.
• Manage relationships with suppliers regarding deliveries, discrepancies, and return processing (GRV - Goods Return Vouchers).
• Provide new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints.

Requirements

• Good experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of billing systems and service management tools is a plus.
