Deal Manager - ICT Bid Management

This role owns the end-to-end bid lifecycle for strategic ICT pursuits across Government, Enterprise, and Large Business segments, from qualification through submission to contract award. Own the bid accountabilities within the ICT Lead to Cash process, ensuring submissions are compliant, commercially sound, and competitively positioned to protect margin and improve win rate, ensuring that every qualified bid within the portfolio is assigned. Allow no bid to reach signature on a client profit and loss that cannot be executed.

Key Accountabilities

• Bids submitted on time, complete, and compliant with what the client asked for.
• Confirm the estimate of record is complete at the Delivery Assurance Review.
• Own the bid plan and timeline and escalate late internal inputs rather than compressing review.
• Use artificial intelligence on the mechanics of bid production: requirement extraction, compliance matrices, and first drafts.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• APMP, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in bid, proposal, or deal management on enterprise and government pursuits.
• Has run public sector tender processes, including portal submission.
