Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate in Technology, you will work as part of a team solving complex business challenges. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing IT Due Diligence and Red Flag reports covering IT strategy, infrastructure, and operating models
- Assisting with carve-out and integration assessments
- Analyzing existing IT operating models and designing future-state models
- Contributing to technology PMO support for deals
- Identifying potential IT synergies and risks
- Developing analytical client deliverables and reports
- Supporting business development efforts including proposal creation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in M&A, IT consulting, or the IT function of a large organization
- Proven track record in Technology Due Diligence, IT assessments, or IT transformation projects, preferably in Financial Services
- Familiarity with technology carve-outs and integrations
- Strong understanding of the Financial Services ecosystem
- Proficient with collaboration tools like Office 365
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities and self-starter attitude
- Willingness to travel (40%–60%) based on client needs
