The Dedicated Cloud Specialist is responsible for bridging customer needs with Oracle’s Cloud solutions, ensuring the feasibility, consistency, and effectiveness of the OCI Dedicated Cloud offering. This full-time position, based in Saudi Arabia, involves working on complex, large-scale solutions such as Dedicated Region, Oracle Alloy, and Oracle Isolated Region (OCIR). The specialist will provide dedicated technical support to Oracle’s DRCC and Public Sector sales organizations, collaborating with ACEs and Cloud specialists to translate designed architectures into Builds of Materials tailored to customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in DRCC, Alloy, and OCIR solutions to EMEA customers, with a focus on OCI Dedicated Cloud projects.
- Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders by engaging in new opportunities and critical projects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to ensure successful adoption of DRCC and Alloy offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Development, Product Management, and Sales.
- Communicate product strategy in relation to customer challenges to maximize sales opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in a technical or business development role related to Cloud in the enterprise sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of Cloud technologies and infrastructure.
- Experience with other cloud infrastructure vendors is advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of Cloud Platform strategies, offerings, and market competition.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Proven ability to function effectively in an international team setting.
Languages:
- Strong proficiency in English is required.
