You will leverage your Linux support and software engineering skills, along with your knowledge of technologies ranging from hardware through application, networking, and open source to help our customers maximize their the company solutions. Our team's mission is to provide exceptional technical support and engineering solutions for all things open source, from Ubuntu Server and Desktop to OpenStack and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expertise in Linux virtualization (Libvirt/KVM) and container management (Docker/Kubernetes) to support customized solutions for customers.
  • Advise on architecture deployment and implement solutions for complex problems.
  • Communicate regularly with customer support teams about ongoing issues.

Language Requirements:

  • Professional written and spoken English is essential, with excellent presentation skills.

Work Conditions:

  • This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be based there or willing to relocate.
  • International travel is required twice a year for team events, lasting up to two weeks.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Exceptional academic track record with an undergraduate degree in a technical subject or an alternative compelling narrative.
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization/cloud technologies primarily using KVM or OpenStack, and experience with container technologies (Docker, LXD/LXC, Kubernetes).
  • Strong customer support experience, with a focus on meeting customer needs prioritizing communication and empathy.
