As a Deep Learning Engineer at the company, you will be integral to the integration of GenAI and LLMs, building innovative products that range from user-facing tools to advanced process optimization and data understanding solutions. You will collaborate in cross-functional teams, solving complex problems and delivering automated, scalable solutions that impact millions of customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building AI voice products such as voice assistants and AI-powered call center agents.
  • Developing real-time, user-facing features utilizing LLMs and deep learning models.
  • Delivering scalable, production-grade AI solutions for millions of customers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Ops) to integrate advanced AI.
  • Experimenting with and iterating on advanced voice and NLP systems.

What You'll Need:

  • Production experience in deep learning related to natural language processing and voice technologies.
  • A bachelor's degree in a STEM field (mathematics, computer science, or engineering).
  • Strong knowledge of data science tools (Python, SQL).
  • A deep understanding of probability and statistics fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • A master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
  • Proficiency in additional programming languages such as Java, Scala, or C++.
  • Experience working at a large tech company valued over $15 billion.
  • Participation in School/university Olympiad medal competitions in physics, mathematics, economics, or programming.
