Position

The company Middle East is seeking a Delivering Deal Value Senior Manager in Technology to support our Deals practice. This role will help organizations navigate complex transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and strategic investments, ensuring they create, protect, and realize value throughout the deal lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale integrations and carve-outs, ensuring smooth transitions and synergy capture.
  • Drive operational due diligence and value creation programs across diverse sectors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, managing relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Oversee multiple complex engagements, managing timelines, budgets, and risk.
  • Design and implement operational readiness plans for clients, including government entities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Deals and the company network to identify opportunities and contribute to proposals.
  • Lead business development initiatives and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Coach and mentor managers and junior team members to build capability and foster growth.
  • Apply digital tools and analytics to enhance deal insights and efficiency.
  • Promote an inclusive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in consulting or professional services, with a focus on transactions and integrations.
  • Proven track record in post-merger integrations, carve-outs, and operational due diligence.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and operational levers (P&L, balance sheet, working capital).
  • Experience delivering transaction-related services such as operational turnarounds and synergy programs.
  • Advanced analytical and technical skills, including Excel modelling and financial/operational analysis.
  • Proficiency in consulting tools (PowerPoint, Excel) and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage clients and teams effectively.
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end, balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Language Requirement: Arabic language skills would be an asset.

Work Conditions:

  • Flexible travel is required, approximately 40–60% of the time, which may involve working away from your base office location regularly and frequent overnight stays.
