Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Delivery Consultant, you will learn and experience how we apply technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery using consultative skills such as problem-solving issue- / hypothesis-based methodologies, communication, and service orientation skills.
To help achieve this win-win outcome, a 'day in the life' of this role may include, but not be limited to:
- Developing Solutions to Reach True Business Value: Understanding clients' main challenges and developing solutions that help them reach true business value by working through the phases of design, development integration, implementation, migration, and product support with a sense of urgency.
- Agile Planning and Execution: Creating and executing agile plans where you are responsible for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations.
- Self-Motivated Problem Solving: Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills as you work across the client, partner, and company team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication and presentation skills that are engaging, compelling, and influential.
- B.S. in M.I.S., Business/Communications with a STEM minor, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering.
- Hands-on exposure to real-world application of computer science, information systems or engineering concepts.
- Understanding and experience with at least one programming language, design tool, or Quantum Computing (e.g. Python, Java, C/C++).
- Familiar with Open Architectural Design: including Kubernetes and Container design, database's structure and data fabric, and integrating using APIs and scripting.
