Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans, demonstrating structured problem-solving approaches, and leveraging industry best practices. You will contribute to the firm’s knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects and sharing insights with your teams. You will also have the opportunity to tailor your development journey through formal training programs and working with inspiring partners.
Location: Middle Oraija Dist, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions:
- Full-time position
- Based in the Middle East
- Willingness to travel, predominantly within the Kingdom
Qualifications and Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related field with an outstanding academic record
- 2+ years of business/private sector experience with a proven record of personal growth; international experience is a plus
- Experience in financial services in areas such as banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance is beneficial
- Experience in technology and digital advisory and implementation is preferred
- Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations
- Proven ability to define and implement digital and technology strategies aligned with clients' goals
- Ability to manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects effectively
- Superior problem-solving and relationship-building skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Language Requirements:
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic
