As a Delivery Consultant, you will manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients, focusing on solution design and implementation to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions. You will strengthen relationships with Chief Experience Officers and key technology decision-makers to understand their IT transformation needs and develop comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans.
Your contributions will involve problem-solving and leveraging industry best practices to tackle complex technology problems. You will also codify learnings from projects, share knowledge with teams, and chart your development journey through tailored training programs and mentorship from inspiring partners.
Your Impact:
- Manage technology consulting engagements in the financial services sector.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand and address their IT challenges.
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field with a strong academic record.
- 2+ years of relevant business/private sector experience, particularly in financial services sectors such as banking, insurance, or asset management.
- Experience in technology and digital advisory roles is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business and technical aspects of technology transformations.
- Proven ability to implement digital and technology strategies that align with clients' objectives.
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated commitment to client service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel, predominantly within the Kingdom.
