Responsibilities
- Deliver Client Services: Provide world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of Application Integration products, including API Connect, App Connect, Aspera, and other related products.
- Implement Solutions: Apply knowledge of Application Integration products to implement solutions that meet client needs and improve their business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored services that meet their specific needs.
- Analyze Client Environments: Analyze client environments to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement of their Application Integration products.
- Support Adoption: Support clients in the adoption and usage of Application Integration products to ensure successful implementation and ongoing usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Familiarity with Application Integration Products: Exposure to products such as API Connect, App Connect, Aspera, Cloud Native Gateway, Cloud Pak for Integration, and others.
- Experience Working with Client Services: Knowledge of delivering expert consulting services to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Understanding of Solution Implementation: Exposure to implementing solutions that meet client needs.
- Familiarity with Client Environment Analysis: Understanding of analyzing client environments to identify optimization opportunities.
- Exposure to Adoption Support: Familiarity with supporting clients in the adoption of Application Integration products.
