In this role, you will engage with clients to enhance their solution capabilities while minimizing downtime and maximizing the efficiency of IBM's integration products. You will be responsible for technical planning, decision-making, knowledge sharing, and ensuring client success through effective solution deployment and integration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients on technical decision-making related to the product.
- Proactively plan with clients to avoid problems and enhance solution capabilities.
- Guide clients on event preparation readiness during critical business periods.
- Assist clients with performance tuning and resolving stability concerns.
- Share customized recommendations on how to use product functionalities specific to the client's application.
- Provide technical knowledge sharing sessions and review client team skills relating to IBM products to close any skill gaps.
- Help clients navigate product upgrades or migrations while integrating IBM best practices.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Delivery Consultant, Pre-Sales, Enterprise Architect, or similar role.
- 1-2 years of experience with IBM products, specifically:
- IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (API Connect/DataPower, MQ, App Connect Enterprise)
- Basic knowledge of OpenShift, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Linux.
- Proven track record in remote and onsite technical client management.
- Experience in handling difficult customer situations and demonstrated resolution skills.
- Ability to execute customer success plans post-deployment and guide clients through migration projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional skills in Cloud Pak for Integration and RedHat OpenShift Container Platform would be an advantage.
