Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key Technology decision-makers to understand their IT transformation needs and strategic priorities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a structured approach to identifying and resolving complex technology problems.
- Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base by codifying learnings and sharing insights with project teams.
- Participate in your own development by attending training programs and collaborating with inspiring partners.
Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field with an outstanding academic record.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the business/private sector, showcasing achievements and a commitment to personal growth; international experience is a plus.
- Beneficial experience in Financial Services across banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance.
- Strong understanding of technology and digital advisory, particularly in IT transformation, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and data transformation.
- Proven ability to define and implement digital strategies aligned with clients' goals.
- Experience managing and delivering small to medium-sized projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills with a strong client service orientation.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel, predominantly within the Kingdom.
