Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Skill Level Advancement: Progress tracked via certifications & defined skill tiers; demonstration of AI tools.
• Technical Enablement: Completion of brand-specific training roadmaps.
• Consulting Readiness: Co-delivering by Month 6; independently consulting by Month 12.
• Prioritize skills building and AI tools adoption objectives.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Ideal candidates should have skills aligned to zHW and zSW, with existing base skills in Linux, Containers, GitHub, and Red Hat OpenShift.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

• Skills aligned to the company zHW and zSW.
