The Delivery Director plays a critical role in identifying and cultivating the potential of digital studio members specializing in Product, Design, Data, and Cloud technologies. This role involves:
- Actively participating in the high-quality delivery of solutions for our clients
- Executive thought leadership and aiding in decision-making
- Co-creating feasibility analyses and alternative designs while integrating off-the-shelf solutions with customized implementations

Project Leadership: Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of solutions while approaching projects holistically. Lead execution of key enterprise initiatives by forming collaborative partnerships across various business and functional areas.

Solutioning: Frame and analyze complex problems, assess areas of opportunity, and develop pragmatic solutions to key strategic and operational issues. Create and deliver compelling recommendations and presentations to senior client leadership, aligning to audience and purpose.

Commercial Market Expert: Actively participate in defining missions and visions for client programs, creating viable go-to-market strategies, and measuring industry-specific KPIs.
Requirements
We are looking for outstanding individuals with:
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Delivery Management
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting firm or similar capacity
- Strong English communication skills
- Critical thinking, analytical, and quantitative abilities
- Experience in developing C-suite presentations
- Broad understanding of current technology practices (e.g., Agile, Cloud Computing/SaaS, Enterprise Data Management)
- Strong project and process management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Executive presence and a self-starter attitude with a commitment to delivering results
- Ability to effectively interact with and earn trust from peers and senior management across the organization
