As the Delivery Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing delivery strategies that are aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with senior management to prioritize projects, oversee the implementation of projects, and continuously improve processes and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute delivery strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and prioritize projects.
- Oversee the delivery of implementation projects.
- Implement and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously improve project processes and methodologies.
- Implement best practices for problem and change management.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track and report on project progress and key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10 to 15 years of overall experience in deployments (Functional/Technical/Project Management).
- Experience in greenfield deployments.
- 7+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of large government and public sector undertakings.
Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required.
