Position

Join our team as a Delivery Director for the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region, where you will lead a portfolio of projects and programs implementing ServiceNow for our Expert Services customers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Expert Services EMEA, you will manage the ServiceNow delivery team to align strategic direction with company goals, driving adoption among our strategic customers. This full-time, hybrid position located in the Riyadh Region requires travel of up to 50%.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage the ServiceNow delivery team, ensuring high-quality project delivery through established best practices and methodologies.
  • Oversee Engagement Managers focused on MEA customers, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project execution.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market leaders to facilitate successful software adoption through appropriate business proposals.
  • Be accountable for meeting revenue targets for the MEA Expert Services business and monitoring progress against plans.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, aligning project goals with their business objectives to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Ensure team readiness by managing delivery leaders and engagement managers, aligning their skills and capacity with annual plans.

To qualify for this position, you should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role focused on ServiceNow or similar platforms at the EMEA level.
  • A proven track record in managing large-scale SaaS implementations such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Pega.
  • Strong leadership skills to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies with a history of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, providing exceptional service delivery.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
