Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery team, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Drive adoption for the company’s most strategic customers and engagements, while developing and implementing leading practices, methodologies, and tools for efficient and high-quality project delivery.
- Oversee a team of Engagement Managers focused on Middle East & Africa customers to ensure all engagements are delivered on time, within budget, and realize the value defined for the customer.
- Guide your team to deliver exceptional implementations, ensuring customers have a great implementation journey.
- Collaborate with Expert Services Go-To-Market leaders to propose suitable business solutions to customers, promoting successful adoption of the company software while ensuring the right deployment of Expert Services teams.
- Be accountable for revenue targets for the Middle East & Africa Expert Services business; understand the annual plan and report progress against it, taking necessary actions to mitigate deviations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships for strategic engagements, understanding client needs and ensuring project alignment with business objectives to drive client satisfaction.
- Manage customer relationships for strategic engagements, addressing complex risks and issues for successful outcomes.
- Plan, lead, develop, and manage a team of delivery leaders and engagement managers to ensure appropriate headcount and skills are aligned with the annual plan and developing business.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience: 10+ years in a leadership role focused on the company or similar platforms, including at the EMEA level.
- Expertise: Proven experience in managing large-scale SaaS implementations (the company, Salesforce, Pega, etc.).
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Project Management: Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a history of successful project delivery.
- Client Focus: Excellent client relationship management skills, emphasizing exceptional service and value.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%.
