Delivery Director MEA

About the Job:
The company is seeking a Delivery Director for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, reporting to the Senior Director of Expert Services EMEA. This role is responsible for managing the delivery of a portfolio of projects and programs that implement the company for Expert Services customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery team, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving adoption among strategic customers.
• Develop and implement best practices, methodologies, and tools for efficient project delivery.
• Oversee a team of Engagement Managers to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of all engagements while realizing customer value.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market leaders to propose suitable business to clients for successful adoption.
• Manage revenue targets and report on progress against annual plans, taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring project alignment with their business objectives and driving satisfaction.
• Plan and develop your team of delivery leaders and engagement managers to ensure appropriate staffing and skills development.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years in a leadership role focused on the company or similar platforms at the EMEA level.
• Expertise: Proven experience in managing large-scale SaaS implementations (e.g., the company, Salesforce, Pega).
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and successful project delivery history.
• Client Focus: Excellent relationship management skills, focused on delivering exceptional service and value.
• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%.
