Delivery Director - Salesforce

This role is vital for helping our business partners adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in today's technological landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of solutions, owning and executing key enterprise initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise, particularly in areas such as Digital Transformation, AI, and Blockchain.
• Manage client governance and communication processes.
• Frame and analyze complex problems, assess opportunities, and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Create and deliver compelling recommendations and presentations to senior client leadership, influencing decision-making.
• Define and execute transformation programs while upholding business KPIs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an advanced degree preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in Delivery Management and at least 5 years in a consulting role.
• Strong command of English; excellent communication skills, particularly in developing presentations for C-suite.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project and process management skills.
• Open-minded and respectful of diverse viewpoints, with a collaborative leadership presence.
