Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Program Director to ensure seamless program delivery from procurement to design, construction, and handover to operations.
- Manage and oversee 5 Discipline Delivery Directors responsible for various infrastructure aspects, ensuring alignment with program objectives and milestones.
- Maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment with client expectations and program goals.
- Oversee program progress through regular updates, meetings, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Review cost and risk analyses, providing strategic recommendations for extra work claims and program adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with Company HSEQ policies and promote a culture of safety and quality in all activities.
- Monitor resource deployment across program components for optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Lead program planning activities, identifying critical paths, and ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Develop and implement efficient procedures for program management for streamlined operations.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and apply technical expertise in constructability reviews.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Minimum 25 years of related work experience, primarily worked with Tier 1 Western Contractors and/or major consultancy firms. At least 10 years of experience in the GCC, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively, including managing Discipline Delivery Directors across multiple infrastructure domains.
- Extensive supervisory experience in large-scale infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
