Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Establish and manage program governance, steering committees, and escalation frameworks.
- Oversee program budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery performance.
- Manage vendors, implementation partners, and SAP relationships.
- Drive program-level risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
- Prepare and present executive-level status reports and steering committee updates.
- Engage with C-level stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support the transition from implementation to Application Managed Services (AMS).
- Ensure successful delivery while maintaining quality, scope, and timeline commitments.
Required Qualifications:
- 20+ years of experience in IT and SAP program delivery.
- 10+ years of experience in executive program leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle, large-scale, multi-country SAP transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in program governance, steering committee management, and executive reporting.
- Experience managing large program budgets and distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and executive escalations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and transformation programs.
