Delivery Executive / Program Director - SAP

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Executive / Program Director to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving program strategy, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and overall delivery excellence across complex, multi-country engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Establish and manage program governance, steering committees, and escalation frameworks.
• Oversee program budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery performance.
• Manage vendors, implementation partners, and SAP relationships.
• Drive program-level risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
• Prepare and present executive-level status reports and steering committee updates.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support the transition from implementation to Application Managed Services (AMS).
• Ensure successful delivery while maintaining quality, scope, and timeline commitments.

Required Qualifications:

• 20+ years of experience in IT and SAP program delivery.
• 10+ years of experience in executive program leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle, large-scale, multi-country SAP transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in program governance, steering committee management, and executive reporting.
• Experience managing large program budgets and distributed teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and executive escalations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and transformation programs.
