About the Job
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with a strong background in the Banking domain to lead Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence projects. This role is crucial in ensuring the execution and quality of work based on established benchmarks, while effectively managing team and client issues, escalations, and impediments to successful project closures.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the business requirements and project details thoroughly.
• Define project scope, estimate resources and timelines, set goals, deliverables, and measures of success.
• Ensure the team is well-trained on relevant applications and technologies.
• Guide the team in creating a detailed project work plan and timeline.
• Conduct and oversee project implementation and regularly evaluate progress.
• Ensure all project information is documented appropriately.
• Track deliverables and monitor/report project progress to clients and stakeholders.
• Implement and manage changes necessary to meet project outputs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of productivity and quality.
• Manage budget and allocate project resources effectively.
• Maintain project margins and profitability, ensuring no revenue leakage.
• Manage people, client, and stakeholder relationships.
• Support in presales activities; create and review estimations.
• Act as a mentor for technical solutions as needed.
• Provide subject matter expertise and leadership in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 15+ years of experience with 5 to 8 years of project/program management experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and leading Data Warehouse projects, preferably in the Banking sector.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, team members, supervisors, and employees from other departments.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in developing data warehouses.
• Experience with a Tier I Business Intelligence tool is desired (experience with Power BI/Business Objects is a plus).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• PMI/PMP or Prince2 certification is required.
• 6+ years of experience in Banking and 8+ years of experience in Data Warehousing.
