Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver challenging, complex technical client engagements to ensure quality and value.
  • Advise on various aspects of cyber defense/response.
  • Lead a team of cyber resilience professionals in delivering security monitoring and response services.
  • Support the development of cyber defense and response capability.
  • Anticipate future needs and build innovative services to address them.
  • Manage and deliver medium to large-sized engagements.
  • Participate in business development, including leading proposals and client presentations.
  • Develop constructive client relationships.
  • Coach and develop team members through experience sharing.
  • Uphold Accenture’s values by acting with integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in computer science, software engineering, or cybersecurity).
  • At least 10 years of experience in a detection or incident response-related role.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams in engagement delivery.
  • Strong understanding of technology, threat, and regulatory issues faced by clients.
  • Proven ability to analyze problems and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Ability to produce thought leadership material and engage with senior audiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO, MITRE ATT&CK, etc.).
  • Experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or related functions.
  • Leadership experience in cybersecurity services delivery.
  • Travel might be involved.
