About the Role
The Delivery Lead role is responsible for co-owning and facilitating the delivery of the initiatives of Wealth Tribe along with Tribe leads and Product Owners. The role requires fostering collaboration, continuous learning, innovation, and engineering culture among squads. The candidate must possess excellent domain and problem-solving skills, along with a functional understanding of the banking domain in the context of Wealth Management, including Wealth Portfolio and Order Management Processes, Wealth Asset Classes such as Bonds, Funds, Stocks, and IPOs, as well as a detailed understanding of Equity Trading, MIP, Lombard Lending, and Market Pricing. The Delivery Lead must stay updated with the latest industry trends, such as Digital Assets Trading, regulatory requirements around new asset classes, and emerging technologies like AI/ML, IoT, and biometrics to achieve the highest degree of platform stability and compliance with Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs). They will apply domain knowledge to guide project teams and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Tribe leads from Business to define strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between delivery and overall Business Objectives, collaborating with senior leadership teams to shape long-term delivery strategies.
- Manage product dependencies of Digital Product’s Epics/Features that need to be delivered by IT Platforms, ensuring that required features are prioritized and placed on the backlog of relevant IT teams.
- Oversee and manage the delivery of initiatives using Agile Methodologies while ensuring Agile practices are followed to help teams reach the highest level of Agile maturity.
- Utilize strong Stakeholder Management Skills to act as a primary escalation point for internal stakeholders, including Product Owners, business units, and external vendors, to ensure alignment of goals and delivery timelines.
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and Business Analysts, facilitating collaboration to deliver digital solutions effectively.
- Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement by gathering feedback, driving Agile retrospectives, and lessons learned to optimize future deliverables.
- Track progress of OKRs and KPIs, reporting to the Head of Digital products and other key stakeholders to keep them informed.
- Foster a culture of Innovation by adopting emerging trends in systems, people, and processes to help the Tribe achieve OKRs and KPIs.
- Ensure that all Digital products under the Tribe meet the highest Quality, Security standards, and regulatory requirements of the respective region.
- Facilitate and support technology & business tribe heads in managing and tracking product funding while providing budget utilization updates.
- Conduct Product Portfolio Reviews with relevant Tribe Leads, Business Owners, and IT Leadership Teams, providing portfolio updates to the PMO’s Portfolio Management Team for Business Portfolio Review Meetings.
- Provide regular updates on delivery status, risks, and issues to ensure effective dissemination of information.
- Manage Resource Capacity of tribes with the help of Tribe Leads and Product Owners, assisting Product Owners in raising resource demands and ensuring resource hiring and placement in squads.
- Participate in resource fitment interviews along with respective Chapter Leads and Workforce Management Team to assess the right fit for the Tribe.
- Assist Tribe Leads/POs in setting up new squads and sizing new demands as needed.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/partners, tracking product deliveries for respective tribes.
- Align all dependent IT Platforms and Teams for releases and own the end-to-end release management process while supporting Tech Leads in the squads.
- Manage and guide other delivery leads in the Domain, leading them to success in their responsibilities.
- Track and manage the product’s OPEX & AMCs, overseeing the product’s technical health, resilience, and production issues resolution as per required SLAs.
- Be a proficient communicator, able to raise and discuss issues and conflicts with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Traditional Project Management Methodologies (Prince2/PMP)
- Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- 4+ Years of experience in Agile functions
- 3+ Years of experience in Release Management
- 3+ Years of experience in Wealth domain
- 5+ Years of experience in Banking/Financial domain
- Overall Experience: 10+ Years
- Minimum of 3 Years Banking IT Expertise
- Minimum of 3 Years Technical Banking IT expertise
- Experience in owning and implementing Customer facing channels
- AWS or Azure SA Certification
- Strong Leadership and Agile management skills
