Delivery Manager

About the Job: The company is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with over 12 years in the field. This role encompasses responsibilities typical of a Senior Scrum Master, with a focus on delivering industry-leading digital solutions through innovative technology. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment contributing to the modernization of financial services and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Hold good technical knowledge and understanding of Solution Architecture and Security components.
• Work proficiently with front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., Java, Flutter, GIT).
• Collaborate with review boards (Security, Architecture, Penetration Testing, etc.).
• Demonstrate extensive experience in the Scaled Agile Framework, particularly Scrum of Scrums.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence with medium to advanced knowledge.
• Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including project timeline creation and baselining.
• Engage with various system integrators and possess strong banking domain expertise, particularly in mobile and internet banking.
• Exhibit strong techno-functional aptitude.
