Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager at the company, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful delivery of AI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will manage project teams, drive project execution, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, project management, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Technical Delivery teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and implement Technical Delivery plans that align with the company's business objectives and technological goals.
• Ensure that delivery activities are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Implement best practices for project management, including agile methodologies and tools.
• Ensure effective risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align Technical Delivery activities with business goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex AI projects and teams.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and project management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
