You will develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for financial services clients. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial as you identify and address complex technology issues, leveraging industry best practices and methodologies. By codifying learnings from projects and sharing knowledge with your teams, you will contribute to strengthening the firm’s knowledge base.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field with an outstanding academic record.
- 6+ years of private sector experience, with a proven record of achievements and a strong desire for personal growth; international experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in Financial Services in areas such as banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance.
- Experience in technology and digital advisory and implementation, handling core technology offerings such as IT transformation, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and data transformation.
- Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of digital transformations within financial services.
- Proven ability to define and implement technology strategies that align with clients' strategic goals.
- Extensive experience in transforming and implementing strategic initiatives within financial services organizations, including process re-engineering and cultural change management.
- Ability to manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects, with budget responsibility.
- Superior problem-solving and relationship-building skills, with a high level of client service commitment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel.
