Qualifications and Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of private sector experience with a strong record of achievements and a commitment to personal growth; international experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience within Financial Services in banking, insurance, wealth management, or public finance.
- Proven expertise in technology and digital advisory, with the capability to drive IT transformation, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and data transformation.
- Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations in financial services.
- Proven ability to construct and implement digital and technology strategies that align with clients' goals and drive innovation.
- Extensive experience in initiating and implementing strategic initiatives within financial services, focusing on process re-engineering, technology adoption, and change management.
- Familiarity with additional service areas, such as organizational development, transformational delivery, and performance improvement is advantageous.
- Ability to manage small to medium-sized projects or units with budget responsibilities.
- Superior problem-solving and relationship-building skills, demonstrating a high level of client service.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel.
