Qualifications and Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field, with an outstanding academic record.
- 6+ years of experience in the private sector, with proven achievements and personal growth; international experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in Financial Services, particularly in banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance.
- Experience in technology and digital advisory, with expertise in IT transformation, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and data transformation.
- Strong understanding of the business and technical aspects of technology transformations in financial services.
- Proven ability to implement digital and technology strategies that align with client goals and drive innovation.
- Experience with process re-engineering, technology adoption, and cultural change management in financial services organizations.
- Ability to manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects with budget responsibility.
- Superior problem-solving and relationship-building skills with a high commitment to client service.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization and lead, coach, and develop teams.
- Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel.
