Delivery Manager - Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive capability building in delivery and execution for financial institution clients.
• Manage projects and progress, including complex analyses and reporting.
• Develop client relationships to enhance service delivery and impact.
• Solve ambiguous problems and communicate effectively with diverse teams and senior leaders.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Undergraduate or master’s degree in commerce, finance, business studies, operations, economics, or a related field with an outstanding academic record.
• 6+ years of project delivery experience in consulting for financial industries; international experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial services including banking, insurance, and wealth management.
• Experience with technology/digital transformations in financial services.
• Superior analytical problem-solving skills and a commitment to client service.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel.
