In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects with minimal supervision, tracking metrics, conducting complex analyses, and preparing communications for client and internal leadership.
- Building trust-based relationships with clients as you lead strategy execution and impact creation initiatives.
- Receiving training to enhance problem-solving skills, synthesize complex information, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Communicating effectively with senior leaders and developing your leadership style through ongoing mentorship.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in commerce, finance, business studies, operations, economics, or a related field with an outstanding academic record.
- 6+ years of project delivery experience in consulting within the financial industries; international experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial services, particularly in banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance.
- Strong understanding of business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations in financial services.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational development, transformational delivery, and productivity/performance improvement is a plus.
- Superior analytical problem-solving skills and a commitment to high client service levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster an inclusive work environment.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Arabic.
