Delivery Manager - Financial Services

As a Delivery Manager at the company, you will play a crucial role in driving lasting impact for financial institution clients and building their capabilities in project delivery. This position demands a high level of resilience and determination, as you will face challenging tasks and be expected to navigate complex project dynamics.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects with minimal supervision, tracking metrics, conducting complex analyses, and preparing communications for client and internal leadership.
• Building trust-based relationships with clients as you lead strategy execution and impact creation initiatives.
• Receiving training to enhance problem-solving skills, synthesize complex information, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Communicating effectively with senior leaders and developing your leadership style through ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Undergraduate or master’s degree in commerce, finance, business studies, operations, economics, or a related field with an outstanding academic record.
• 6+ years of project delivery experience in consulting within the financial industries; international experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in financial services, particularly in banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance.
• Strong understanding of business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations in financial services.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational development, transformational delivery, and productivity/performance improvement is a plus.
• Superior analytical problem-solving skills and a commitment to high client service levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively and foster an inclusive work environment.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Arabic.
