Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to join our team at the company! The Delivery Manager solutioning role aims to identify the potential and cultivate the career paths of digital studio members (Product, Design, Data, Cloud, Scalable, etc) that share a willingness to:

• Actively participate in the high-quality delivery of solutions for our clients,
• Provide executive thought leadership and aid in decision making,
• Co-create feasibility analyses and alternative designs, and integrate off-the-shelf solutions with customized implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client governance and communication processes.
• Approach projects holistically, owning and driving end-to-end delivery of solutions.
• Analyze complex problems and develop pragmatic solutions to key strategic and operational issues.
• Create compelling recommendations and presentations to senior client leadership, while playing a key role in informing and influencing senior client decision making.
• Define and successfully execute transformation programs while upholding business KPIs.

Desired Qualifications

• Engineering Bachelor’s degree required, or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Delivery Management.
• 5+ years of experience in a consulting firm or similar consulting capacity.
• Strong English communication skills and experience in developing C-suite presentations.
• Outstanding critical thinking, analytical, and quantitative abilities.
• Ability to effectively interact with and earn the trust of peers and senior management across the organization.
• Strong project and process management skills, including the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
