We are seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will coordinate teams, manage resources, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure that project goals align with company objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Assisting in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Successfully managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional delivery management experience
- Practical experience with Agile and Jira
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Ability to drive the full planning cycle on large projects
- Ability to scale SDLC for larger projects with multiple parallel teams and deliverables
- Good consulting skills with technical stakeholders
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher) and native Arabic communication skills
- An academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
