Our Information Technology Project Management team collaborates with PwC leaders to deliver technology solutions, ensuring high quality deliverables and client satisfaction. This role involves solving business problems with technology, managing multiple teams, and taking pride in the end-to-end ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned projects are fully scoped with a robust Business Case and identified key stakeholders.
• Lead and deliver projects following appropriate project frameworks.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from idea to post-implementation review and benefit realization.
• Manage project finances effectively.
• Undertake necessary business and technical architecture assessments for each project, defining future state vision and required change actions.
• Deliver project results and outcomes continuously.
• Evaluate and improve project management processes.
• Collaborate with IT Leads and Business Relationship Managers to address all business readiness, communications, and people changes.
• Work with the Tech PMO Lead to establish key working practices:
  • Develop the framework for project initiatives.
  • Prepare packs for key governance meetings.
  • Create and maintain the Tech capacity plan.
  • Define and track work in progress limits across Tech teams.
  • Support the Business Relationship Managers, fostering a culture of agility and trust in Tech PMO delivery.
