Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients, including solution design and implementation to ensure high-quality technology delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key technology decision-makers to deeply understand their IT transformation needs and strategic priorities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for financial services clients.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology issues using industry best practices.
- Strengthen the firm's knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects and sharing insights with your teams.
- Manage your own development journey through formal training programs and mentorship from inspiring partners.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field, with an outstanding academic record.
- 6+ years of private sector experience with a proven track record of achievements and a drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in financial services in at least one area: banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance.
- Proven experience in technology and digital advisory, including IT transformation and modernization, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and data transformation.
- Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations to create value-driven technology strategies.
- Ability to define and implement digital and technology strategy that aligns with clients' goals, driving digital innovation.
- Extensive experience in transforming and implementing strategic initiatives within financial services, including process re-engineering and cultural change management.
- Ability to manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects with budget responsibility.
- Superior problem-solving and relationship-building skills with a strong commitment to client service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and across all organizational levels.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
- Effective communication of complex ideas in both English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel.
