In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of AI-driven solutions, coordinating across teams, and executing Agile practices. Your main duties will include overseeing project progress, collaborating with stakeholders and AI engineers, and maintaining effective communication among all involved parties.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven solutions in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and AI Engineers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor and track project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and reporting.
- Prepare status reports and delivery insights using project tracking tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Requirements:
- Experience in Project Coordination, Delivery Management, or Agile Project Execution.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Experience in AI/ML projects or digital transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with project tracking tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) certificate (or eligibility to obtain).
Work Conditions:
The usual working hours for full-time roles at the company in Saudi Arabia are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Working hours may vary based on client requirements and flexibility is accommodated whenever possible.
